the stats...

today was kaiya's 18 month check up and she did FAB. she LOVES going to the doctor because they have a massive fish tank in the waiting room and nurse allison totally spoils kaiya with extra suckers and stickers. kaiya was blowing everyone kisses as we walked out...totally hammin' it up! luckily she did not have to get any shots...just got weighed, measured, etc. she weighs 26 lbs (in the 75%) and she is 32 inches tall (also in the 75%). but her head is 48 cm which puts her in the 90th percentile...probably to hold all of her brains! : ) when we got home from the doctor, she must have been feeling taller because she now has new trick...turing on the lights in the stairway. i love these pics because she sooo knows that she should not be doing it, but i was not going to stop her...i was too busy taking pictures! : )

look at that face she is thinking "hahaha mom...what are you going to do if i touch it?!?!"

please notice her DARLING trick-or-treat back that she will be sporting on halloween! it is a fairy pumpkin and it is totally kaiya's style...G-I-R-L-Y!!

**also a quick story worth sharing...this morning while rick sat on the couch reading the paper and drinking his coffee kaiya busted him not using a coaster (big no-no in our house) and brought a coaster over to him! she is SOOO my child!**
