both sides of "mom's night out"...

so this is what my children were doing on thursday evening...

and this is what I was doing...

oh sweet "book club"...how i LOVE you so! every month my girlfriends and i have "book club" and it is the best EVER! we block the night on our calendars well in advance to ensure that we are all able to attend. it is more or less a great excuse to get out of the house at least once a month and connect to our inner-craziness!! however, i feel that i should clarify...we still refer to ourselves as "book club" even though only 4 of our members read the last book...oh well!

we tend to draw quite a bit of attention to ourselves when we are out because we just LOVE getting out and engaging in some FABULOUS girl talk!
