yesterday we headed to the tree farm to find our christmas tree with the family (bob, deb & ty, our family, dave & avery, and gramma rach)...
however i cannot take an OUNCE of credit for the tree because kaiya and i stayed in the nice and warm cabin while rick and jackson headed out with everyone. kaiya is not a fan of hats, mittens, boots, or coats-so there you have it folks! her and i stayed back to do what we do best...SHOP!!
everyone found the perfect tree and then we enjoyed a yummy and fattening lunch...hot dogs, nachos, and chili...OH MY!!!

jackson worked so hard cutting down the tree and CONKED out about 10 minutes into the trek home...
and of course kaiya followed suit...shopping really wears her out!
and the finished product...
now it officially feels like Christmas!!
